Cascade Kitchens Kids Cooking Lesson Sign-Up

Please fill out the form below to reserve your spot in an upcoming Kids Cooking Class! We rotate themes for each date, and class times depend on your child’s age group (typically 3–5 years at 5:00 PM and 6–9 years at 6:15 PM). Please include any of your child's needs or requirements in the form. Cost: $40 per child, paid in advance. All registrations are non-refundable.

Requirements: Parent supervision will be required throughout the lesson. All children must come to the class wearing comfortable, fitted clothing (no baggy or oversized clothes) and closed toed shoes.

Program Description:

Participants in the Cascade Kitchens Kids Cooking Class will have the opportunity to use kitchen utensils and equipment during our cooking lessons. Students will learn about appropriate use and safe operation of the kitchen equipment and they will be supervised at all times. Although every precaution is taken to prevent accidents, a certain risk is involved due to the nature of the experience, the age of the student, and the learning environment.

Participation in the cooking program is a privilege, not a right, for each student. We are asking your cooperation in impressing upon your child the importance of being careful and following all safety and operation instructions. This, we believe, will back up the instruction that is given. Failure to behave properly will result in loss of this privilege and participation in the cooking class.

Due to the nature of the class, we ask that you disclose any known food allergies or restrictions ahead of time to ensure the safety of your child. Please initial next to the ‘Parent or Guardian Agreement’ statement below.
