We are seeking multiple vendors to join us in the Food Hall at Cascade Kitchens. Please reach out for our availability and apply using the form below. You’ll find our floor plan at the base of this page and our Vendor Leasing info here.

Stalls are equipped with a hood and Ansul System, utility hook-ups for gas, electric, and water connection to building-wide grease interceptor.
Finish will include lighting, FRP, and stainless steel (where applicable) walls, epoxy floor, and 10' soffit around stall perimeter.
All cooking and operating equipment, signage, and counter is the responsibility of the vendor.

commissary kitchen
Our commissary kitchen is designed to provide space for local caterers, food trucks, personal chefs, and meal prep companies seeking commercial kitchen space to create their offerings. There will also be the opportunity to sell goods on-site in the pop-up market space.
The commissary kitchen will also offer the opportunity to partner with community organizations that support culinary development here in South Lake Tahoe.

Space includes:
Two cook stations, equipped with a four-burner range, griddle, convection ovens, and prep tables.
Other shared equipment:
Three-basin, prep, and hand skinks, dishwasher, ice machine, heated cabinets, fridges and freezers.
FOOD TRUCKS
We have an opportunity for several local food trucks to park adjacent to the food hall, with access to the commissary kitchen and space for customers to gather and dine outside.
